How do I know what size to order?
We do our absolute best to include a size chart for each product as well as accurate details and features of each item in the product descriptions. Still have a question? Give us a shout on Live Chat or email firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
Once I’ve placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days and standard Ground Shipping orders arrive in 4 to 7 business days! We’ll email you a tracking number once your order is shipped to track your package. For orders shipped in the United States, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.
How can I track my order?
Tracking your order is easy! Simply refer to the tracking number which is emailed to you once your order has shipped. Tracking will be available the day your order is shipped out.
Can I use more than one discount code on an order?
Sorry - our system only allows one discount code per order. If you have any coupons with future expiration dates make sure to save them for your next order!
What are the shipping rates?
We offer free delivery with purchases of $25.00 or more. This offer is valid in Canada only, excluding taxes. We charge a $12 flat fee for shipping to the continental United States.

How do I make an exchange or a refund?
We handpick our items from a variety of boutiques, so our items are shipped from different warehouses. To return or exchange your item(s), simply email email@example.com with the following information:
- Your name
- The order number
- A brief description of the items you want to exchange or refund.
- For exchanges, please let us know what you would like to receive in return.
- We will reply to you shortly with the address of where to return your item(s).
When your return is received and processed, we’ll email you a refund notification.
You have a period of 10 days following the date of receipt to contact us for a refund or an exchange.
We don’t pay return shipping costs, however we do pay the shipping costs for any exchanged items we send back you.
themccordlist.style is not responsible for missing, damaged or packages lost in transit when returning items.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Most reimbursements are processed within 2-5 business days once your item is received. When your return is processed and your refund issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Note- there may be a slight refund delay on your credit card statement.
